How does the 3-month minimum work? +
When you sign up you're committing to your first 3 months of membership. After that you're free to cancel anytime with no penalties. We think once you feel the difference of showing up consistently, you won't want to leave — but the choice is always yours.
What happens if I cancel and want to come back? +
We'd love to have you back anytime. Just know that if you're currently locked in at a founding member rate, your original rate is not guaranteed upon rejoining. You'd re-enroll at the current pricing available at that time.
Which IVs are included in Elite? +
Your monthly IV credit applies to Defend, Energize, Sweet Relief, or Young Athlete. Want a premium IV this month? Your $149 credit plus your $20 Elite discount both apply — so you're only paying the difference. A Comeback IV for as little as $40 out of pocket, or a Perform for just $51.
Can Standard members roll their fee into an IV? +
The Standard membership is injection-focused — your benefit is 4 injections of choice per month. The membership fee does not roll into an IV on the Standard tier. If IV therapy is your priority, Elite is the right fit.
Can I use my membership the same day I sign up? +
Absolutely — book your appointment and let us know at check-in that you're a new LuVIP member. We'll take care of the rest.
What's the difference between Standard and Elite? +
Standard is injection-focused — great if you love our shots and want 4 per month consistently. Elite is IV-focused and includes a full drip plus a complimentary injection, premium upgrade pricing, 15% off all services, and more. It's the best value if you're ready to commit to your wellness at the highest level.
What is the founding member rate? +
New members who sign up before April 14 can lock in LuVIP Elite at $139/month forever. After April 14, Elite goes to $149/month for all new signups. Existing Standard members who upgrade before April 14 also lock in at $139 for life.
Do my benefits roll over if I don't use them? +
For Standard members, 1 unused injection rolls over to the following month. For Elite members, the complimentary injection rolls over one month — but the monthly IV credit does not roll over, so we encourage you to use it every month.
How does the referral bonus work? +
Every time someone you refer signs up for a membership, you receive a credit — $10 per referral on Standard and $15 per referral on Elite. Credits are applied to your account and can be used toward any Luvi service.
How do I cancel? +
After your 3-month minimum has passed, just reach out to us by phone, text, or email and we'll process your cancellation promptly. No hoops, no hassle.
